Dr Ernest Tan, MBBS FACD
Dr. Ernest Tan graduated in medicine from the University of Western Australia in 1990. He trained in Dermatology in Perth and has been a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists since 1998. He undertook further training in Mohs surgery, and is a fully accredited Mohs Fellow with the College of Dermatologists. He is currently a Consultant Dermatologist at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and is a Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Western of Australia. He is a member of the Western Australian Kirkbride Melanoma Advisory Service (WAKMAS), and is the lead clinician for Skin Tumours (Melanoma) for WA Cancer and Palliative Care Network. He is a past Head of Department at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, and has previously been occasional Examiner, Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, and Director of Training of the local faculty of Dermatologists. Dr. Tan has been an investigator in clinical trials in the treatment of atopic dermatitis, psoriasis and solar keratoses. He has published several peer reviewed articles in Dermatology journals. His special areas of interest in the field of Dermatology include the management of Skin Cancers, Mohs surgery, Melanoma, Atopic dermatitis and Psoriasis.

Dr Daniel Hewitt, MBBS FACD
Dr Daniel Hewitt graduated in medicine from the University of Western Australia in 2002. He spent two years in Basic Physician Training before commencing training in Dermatology in Perth. He has been a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists since 2009. He has worked as a Dermatologist in Sydney and Perth. He has been a Researcher in skin cancer treatments and has several publications in textbooks, Dermatology Journals and General Practice Journals. He is a Consultant Dermatologist at Royal Perth Hospital and is involved in the ongoing teaching of medical students, General Practitioners and Dermatology Trainees. He is currently the WA Examiner for the Australasian College of Dermatologists. He is a Panel Member of the WA Kirkbride Melanoma Advisory Service (WAKMAS).

Dr Kimble Opie, MBBS FACD
Graduated from the University of Western Australia Medical School in 1992 and admitted as a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists in 2003.

Dr Sarah Strathie-Page, MBBS BSc FACD
Dr Sarah Strathie Page is a Specialist Dermatologist and Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Western Australia. Before commencing specialty training in dermatology, Dr Strathie Page spent two years training in paediatrics at Princess Margaret Hospital. She subsequently worked across every major hospital in Perth during her training, gaining skills in all aspects of dermatology.
Dr Strathie Page’s special interests include acne, hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) and skin cancer surgery. She is committed to providing up-to-date dermatology care and uses special techniques to aim for the most pain-free treatment possible.

Dr Andrew Swarbrick, MBBS FACD
Dr Swarbrick grew up in Western Australia and completed a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Western Australia in 2012.
During his 4-year specialist training in Dermatology, he worked at the National Skin Centre in Singapore for 6 months and completed the remainder of his training working across the adult and paediatric tertiary hospitals in Perth. He was the winner of the Kossard Dermatopathology Award for his performance in the Australasian College of Dermatologists’ Fellowship Examinations in 2021 and was subsequently admitted as a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists in 2022 upon completion of training.
Dr Swarbrick is happy to accept referrals for all aspects of dermatology both adult and paediatric and has a particular interest in skin cancer, acne, eczema, and psoriasis. He is also committed to furthering ongoing medical teaching, clinical research, and has published in peer-reviewed medical journals such as the Australasian Journal of Dermatology.
